1. Digital service, nothing shipped
SmartCodeFixer is online software. There are no physical goods and no shipping costs. Your plan is delivered as access to your online dashboard.
2. When you receive access
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, we automatically email a secure link to your dashboard to the email address you used at checkout.
- Open the link to start using SmartCodeFixer straight away. No password setup is needed.
- Your 1-month access period starts when your access email is sent.
- For Enterprise plans, the start date is agreed in writing before you pay.
3. Where we deliver
SmartCodeFixer is available worldwide wherever our payment provider, Airwallex, can accept your payment. Delivery is the same in every country.
4. If your access email has not arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there within one hour, email info@smartcodefixer.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend your access or fix the problem within one business day.
If we cannot deliver access to you, you are entitled to a full refund.
