Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to SmartCodeFixer, operated by DIGISMART MEGA LTD (Company Registration No. 16925464). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Billing

SmartCodeFixer offers monthly subscription plans. Your subscription begins on the date you complete your purchase via our Stripe-powered checkout. Billing recurs automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@smartcodefixer.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

3. Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a billing system fault)
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation request
  • The service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid billing period due to a fault on our side
  • You contact us within 48 hours of your first-ever charge and have not materially used the service

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Partial months, we do not prorate unused days
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle renews
  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, where the service itself is functioning as described
  • Accidental purchases where the service has already been used
  • Renewals where the subscription was not cancelled in advance

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@smartcodefixer.com with the following information:

  • The email address used to complete your purchase
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your card issuer, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

6. Your Statutory Rights (UK Customers)

If you are based in the United Kingdom, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under those Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service contract from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the SmartCodeFixer service, you expressly consent to us beginning performance immediately and acknowledge that this cancellation right is lost once the service has commenced.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
